9 Hole Thursday Stablefords - 2 new dates

Two more informal 9 Hole Stableford competitions have been arranged for Thursday 2nd August and Thursday 30th August.

These are for any combination of Gentlemen and Ladies, playing in 3's or 4's over holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 14, 15, 16, 17 & 18. The start sheet is available for entries into each competition now to assess popularity. The entry fee is only 50p and the prize is a bottle of wine (not vintage but hopefully drinkable!)

The cards will count towards your handicap and although the competition is open to all it is aimed at those members who are no longer able to manage 18 holes or who struggle for time on a full competition day. More times will be made available if the allocated times are filled.

Some better weather has been ordered - who knows maybe even some sunshine would be nice!!
